Orders are prepared from available US warehouse inventory. Imported batches are not sold as available until they are received, counted, and cleared for customer fulfillment.

Returns and exchanges
Unused pieces may be exchanged within the policy window when they are returned in original condition. Washed, worn, or altered pieces are reviewed case by case.
Handmade variation
Small shifts in pattern, edge, tone, and resist marks are expected in hand-tied and natural indigo goods; damage, wrong items, and clear quality issues should be reported promptly.
