These terms govern use of the Blue Orchard website and purchases of small-batch handmade and hand-finished goods through the store.
By using the site or placing an order, customers agree to these terms, the privacy policy, the shipping and returns policy, and any product-specific notices shown before checkout. Customers must provide accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
Product descriptions, photos, prices, discounts, inventory, and availability may change. We try to show goods accurately, but screen color, handmade variation, natural dye behavior, measurement tolerance, and small-batch differences may cause a delivered item to differ slightly from photos or descriptions.
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, address issues, operational limits, or violation of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the unavailable or canceled portion.
Customers authorize Stripe and Blue Orchard to charge the selected payment method for the order total, shipping, taxes where applicable, discounts, and approved adjustments. Payment must clear before shipment. Chargebacks, suspected fraud, or payment disputes may pause fulfillment, account access, returns, or future orders while the issue is reviewed.

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under their account. The site may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, scraping, resale abuse, security interference, reverse engineering, spam, harassment, automated purchasing, or any activity that disrupts the store.
All site content, photography, product copy, brand materials, layout, and software are owned by Blue Orchard or its licensors. Customers may use the site for personal shopping and account management. No content may be copied, scraped, republished, or used commercially without written permission.
The site and products are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Orchard is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, carrier delays, third-party service outages, or issues caused by customer misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
If a customer has a concern, the first step is to contact support with the order number and a clear description of the issue. We will try to resolve the matter through support, refund, exchange, replacement, or account review where appropriate.
We may update these terms as the store changes. The posted version applies to site use and orders placed after the effective date shown on the page.
